reading a great book at the moment - 'Beloved' by Toni Morrison, a bit spooky and odd but really compelling ...about a black woman in Kentucky in the mid 1800's, lots about slavery etc but its also a weird ghost tale ..REALLY good but it's taking me ages as i can never find enough time to read ...keep renewing it at the library and taking it to bed to finish but I'm so knackered i always fall asleep before I've got to the end of the page

Philipa Gregory---- The other boleyn girl Philipa has written a series of books , all about Henry 8th, and his wifes, from the womens perspective fact and fiction mingled together, and is a quite accurate insight into the Kings court and palaces at the time, if you like history then you would love this book
