what do people think of the idea to a sunday lunchtime soul club. here is the idea..... open from 12 - 3pm. beer & roast diner served. DJ's downstairs playing northern & motown (with dancefloor). music piped through to the upstairs. plymouth city centre. if there is enough interest this could be set up as a regular weekly thing or once a month or.............. comments and ideas welcome

was done years ago, minus the food, at the circus tavern, which used to be in union street, Plymouth well attended back then, but that was about 25 years ago, today im not sure. only a few real soulies about in Plymouth, may get casuals pop in, travellers won't bother for a couple of hours, maybe make it run through longer, We would support if it was , as we are in cornwall say 1pm through to 11pm ? thats my suggestion, like you im interested in what others think ?
