NEW YEARS DAY Channel 4 at 8pm sees the start of the second series of THE HOTEL Which features the home the Torquay soul nights The Grosvenor Hotel We will be watching as we found the guy on reception really funny ( without trying ) when we went to set up the equipment for steph  He was also the bingo caller ;D Don't miss it ;D |

YES I THOUGHT HE WAS FUNNY - BIT LIKE A BASIL FAWLTY CHARACTER. MAYBE WE WILL SEE THE REMAINS OF THE TALC FROM LAST EVENT STILL UP THE WALLS!!

I did hear that there was a little layer utilised at 'Talcquay' soul night... and perhaps still some left on Moldies camera lens!

Probably recorded before the 'talc' era , good job they wern't there recording when the soul night was on, whatever would they have thought  A bunch of post 50 year olds, dancing to antique records and throwing talc about all over the place L.OL  |

Well the Hotel looked quite posh on Tv, i nearly didn't recognise it ;D Why was the lady from Liverpool brushing her husbands back ??  |
