Talc !
Is it the bane of your life or completely necessary to keep you on the floor for hours ! The owner of our venue in Newquay always asks us to go easy with it, as it gets everywhere, and even if i have put out signs saying 'no talc' the floor is covered by midnight. Too much talc mixed with heat, spilt beer etc can have the opposite effect, making the floor stickier than ever, so whats the answer ? maybe we should invent some self lubricating soul shoes !!

The answer is to ensure tossers don't spill drinks on the dancefloor! I hate that

The answer is to ensure tossers don't spill drinks on the dancefloor! I hate that youve hit the nail on the head there talcs o.k if used moderately i reckon and not all over the floor but once a beverage is spilt its a bloody knightmare talc or no-talc myself personaly if im dj'in and see a lot of folk dancing with drinks on the floor i do come on the mike (yep mikeshy 'pip') and tell'em,cos its a knightmare, and ive seen some folk slip over really badly in the past so talc o.k within reason Drinks on the floor A NO NO ;D
