Attended the 'All dayer soul at the seaside' event yesterday at Weston Super Mare and it proved to be a very memorable occasion with South West DJ's and the Country's elite producing a top class performance from start to finish of my time at the event.
Unfortunately I was unable to experience Andy Wagner's opening spot (many apologies for this Andy... certainly enjoying the CD though... hope to catch your next 'live' Dj slot. Remainder of Dj's at the event were able to play familiar, and not so familiar, records and it was refreshing to note that I did not hear the same record played 'twice' throughout the day. Great when the Dj's 'do their homework in this particular way and make the experience feel just right.... congratulations to all.
If today's showcase is anything like Saturdays event then attendees are in for a superb time again...there certainly is plenty of soul in the South West.
Well done to Neil Rushton, Ginger Taylor, Pete Lyster, Neil Self, Derek Mead et al for a great time...and a great performance

Glad you enjoyed it Barry and boy was it hot. Just got to make my legs work again now as danced like a dervish.

You certainly did Cathy, I was out on the floor for quite a time and I could not keep up with you!
Hope today's event is going well for all.
