Will you get the surf board in the Audi Karen - hope there is enough room for Lindsay. Very quiet on here about Newquay, who else is going?

Hi guys, just a quick update about the weekender. Spoke to Angela about single night passes. If they are fully booked with soulies staying for the full weekend they wouldn't be able to issue single night passes but Angela has said she will try to accommodate all the south west soulies but you will need to contact her before hand as they wont be able to issue passes on the night. Also for anyone planning to do the full weekend, although the main events of the weekend are taking place at the Griffin, the after night parties are being held at the Cliffdene and to attend the after parties you have to be a resident at the Cilffdene and this is at the request of the hotel management not the promoters of the soul weekender. If anyone needs to contact Angela or Neil, you can be visiting their website SOULVATION. This promises to be a weekend not to be missed. ADE

Ady has put up a post regarding one night passes But i would say its a weekender, if your looking for a soul night maybe its not for you I understand priority given to people coming all weekend, fair enough i would say 4 nights of soul and at least 2 afternoon sessions for £20, thats a bargain.

The event is a Weekender but we are very happy for people to come along and pay £10 for Friday only or Saturday night only if they can't make the 2 nights. Our dilema is that if we sell enough weekend passes to fill The Griffin to fill the capacity there won't be any room for people who simply turn up on the nights. And historically everyone always books late for Newquay so we will not know until the last week how close we are to capacity.. Obviously we don't want to turn busness away, so we are very happy to put aside Friday or Saturday night only tickets.. The easiest thing to do is to call Angela on 07958 718569 and get your name down to reserve a ticket for just Friday or Saturday or send an e-mail to info@soulvation.biz stating your requirements. The web site address is www.soulvation.bizand it has full details on the Weekender and also gives info on how to pay by post or securely on line via Pay Pal, Debit card or Credit card. For everyone who have booked, confirmation letters going out next week. All the Best, Neil
