Temptations and Four tops

Ade, nanny Heaney, our two girls and myself took ourselves along to Plymouth Pavillions last night to see an absolutley brilliant show put on by the two best motown acts ever to seen and heard. What a show. Definately recommed if any one can get a chance to go and see them DO. Not only did we dance and sing the night away ,we managed to actually meet the temps just be fore they got on their tour bus. The best bit of the night was getting a huge hug and kissfrom the legendry Mr Otis William's himself and meeting and chatting to the others.They where true gentleman. My girls were totally star struck as was nanny Heaney well me and ade to. To hug, kiss and shake hands with someone that has been in close contact with so many other motown artists was unreal. Knowing they have been in close contact with the likes of Jackie Wilson, Marvin Gaye well the list could go on,needless to say us girls ain't ever washing our faces again ;D

They were both really good.It is really difficult to follow Levi Stubbs, David Ruffin and Dennis Edwards but Theo Peoples and Bruce Williamson did really well.It was great to hear Ronnie Tyson with the Tempts after listening to him with the Ethics and Love Committee.Not only a great vocalist but also wrote many Philly classics.
