OK then, Scoop out the pumpkin on the 30th Oct and put all the flesh in a plastic bag and leave by a heater until the 5th of November. Prior to going out on the 5th introduce a large firework ( banger ) into the bag, with just the fuse exposed. Now trundle down to that old gits house, you know, the one that wouldn't give you yer ball back when it went into his garden. With SAFETY in mind light the fuse at arms length and post through the letterbox and return to a safe distance, usually behind a parked car. What a bang and what a smell which usually lasts a couple of days. Never return to an unexploded firework there could be a bloke hid in his doorway with a bat to take you to task!!!!!!! Hope that helps Debs.
