crappy customer service

Why do we put up with crappy customer service ?

Had an shocking experience in my local Looe somerfield
2 tills open 2 closed, queues out the door, one checkout op rang the bell for help, no one came, she rang again, no one came, then she rang it again, keeping her finger on the bell until we all nearly went deaf !, still its was minutes before some lady sauntered up to till 3 , we are all stood there waiting, when i got to the till, i asked her ''why didn't you come when the bell was rung'' ''i was out the back'' she said
to which i replied ''well you shouldn't be, whats the point in having a bell if you don't come when your needed, ''
Then i was told if i don't like it call head office its not her problem
Guess what , I DID ;D
Poor food in restuarants, poor service, etc, time we stood up and were counted, i've had enough, the last time Tony and i went out for a meal, and it was not good, when they came to ask ''is everything ok for you'' i said ''NO it was rubbish'' The waitress was stunned, didn't know what to say and just walked off ;D
