talking about hobbies other than soul and granted we all listen to lots of soul (in all its forms), what other music do members listen to ?? Guilty pleasures??? Vintage country and western and rockabilly for me ;D (Does this get me thrown out, Pip? ...lol...) (I read somewhere that Elvis Presley's Rubberneckin' was a big hit on the French soul scene...(?!))

i was a bit embarrassed by the 'hobbies other than soul' thread because i dont seem to have any.... ;D but i do like other types of music, from 86 until the late 90's i collected lot's of lovely 'house' music which i still have and play from time to time.I also like 60's pop music in general, rock'n'roll, doo wop and...................DISCO (the proper stuff not the horrible cheesy rubbish).lot's of other types too! the soul side of things will always come first, but a bit of something else now and then is ok... ;D steve
